About the Role
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to join our global remote team. In this strategic advisory position, you will partner with enterprise clients to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence across their organizations.
As a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and technical leadership, translating complex business challenges into scalable ServiceNow platform implementations. You will leverage deep expertise in enterprise software solutions, consulting methodologies, and change management to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive discovery and assessment engagements with enterprise clients to identify business requirements and optimization opportunities
- Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry best practices
- Lead solution scoping, technical design reviews, and implementation roadmap development
- Provide strategic advisory guidance on platform configuration, customization, and integration strategies
- Manage complex client relationships across multiple stakeholders and organizational levels
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability development
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Stay current with ServiceNow product releases, platform innovations, and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise software consulting experience, with minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations
- Proven expertise in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or other core ServiceNow modules
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, solution design, and systems integration
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic client engagements and influence at executive levels
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS, or equivalent preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
