The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Staff Product Manager with deep expertise in marketing and advertising technology (MadTech). You will execute our MadTech platform strategy to optimize investor acquisition through data, automation, and AI-driven solutions. This is a strategic, high-impact position requiring both technical depth and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute MadTech Vision: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our MadTech platform, focusing on investor acquisition optimization leveraging data, automation, and AI technologies.
- AdTech Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert on AdTech (Paid Ads, Multi-Touch Attribution, Marketing Mix Modeling) to optimize campaigns, improve targeting precision, and maximize marketing spend performance and ROAS.
- Audience & Journey Optimization: Design and evolve audience segmentation strategies using Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer and investor journey mapping via Email Service Platforms (ESP), and activation workflows. Use performance data and experimentation to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and conversion outcomes.
- Campaign Performance: Build products enabling planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and nurture investors with focus on audience segmentation and measurement.
- Data-Driven Innovation: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product innovation opportunities. Leverage analytical skills including A/B testing, ROAS analysis, CTR and CVR metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, Success, Agency, Legal, and Finance teams to drive product success and strategic alignment.
