What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to surgical procedures, clinical documentation, risk management, and practical aspects of surgical work
• Evaluate AI responses for clinical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world surgical requirements and standards
• Draft realistic surgical scenarios based on your direct professional experience and clinical knowledge
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives, including surgeon, patient, surgical nurse, and regulatory viewpoints
• Identify gaps, oversights, and weak reasoning in AI-generated surgical content with structured critical feedback
• Assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects authentic surgical reasoning and practical procedures

In essence: You will apply your surgical expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about surgical processes at scale. Rather than conducting traditional surgical work, you'll evaluate and enhance AI-generated medical content for accuracy and real-world applicability.

Who You Are

• A senior-level surgeon with significant professional experience within the EU or UK healthcare system
• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing surgical procedures and maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation
• Skilled at evaluating clinical methodologies, regulatory compliance, and medical records
• Comfortable working independently with the ability to provide structured, detailed critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness to project requests
• Instinctively spot gaps in clinical reasoning and understand the complex realities of modern surgical practice
