About the Role

Join Syncopate as a Founding Full Stack Engineer and help modernize the music industry's back office. You'll be a core member of a small, high-impact team building AI-native products powered by cutting-edge LLM technology. What You'll Do

• Leverage cutting-edge LLM technology to build AI-native products that solve real industry problems
• Design and build data systems capable of ingesting trillions of rows of music data
• Help design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Collaborate with the design team to construct beautiful, user-focused frontend experiences
• Own your work end-to-end—from design through implementation, testing, and release
• Drive growth across multiple areas; as a small company, you'll expand your skills wherever your interests take you

Core Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with proven track record
• Fluency in TypeScript and the Node.js ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with OLAP databases like Clickhouse
• Production-grade React experience for frontend development
• Proficiency with cloud-based DevOps workflows
• Ambitious mindset and commitment to building something you're genuinely proud of
