About the Role

We're seeking a thoughtful executor obsessed with connecting cold prospects to meaningful conversations with CFOs and finance leaders. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our outbound strategy—driving new business opportunities through targeted outreach, running experiments, qualifying leads, and laying the foundation for future sales growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, handles rejection tactfully, and is committed to achieving ambitious goals. The position suits professionals with 0-3 years of financial services or finance team experience, or those with early-stage sales exposure.

What You'll Do

  • Execute a high-volume outbound strategy with 150+ sequences weekly to generate new business opportunities
  • Research and identify target accounts within the finance and accounting space
  • Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads to determine fit and readiness for sales conversations
  • Run targeted experiments to test messaging, channels, and outreach strategies
  • Track KPIs and iterate on approach based on data and feedback
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Develop deep knowledge of Tabs' value proposition and competitive landscape
