Key Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for technical teams, from sourcing through offer negotiation
- Actively source and engage top candidates rather than passively waiting for applications
- Design interview processes that are fair, efficient, and focused on quality outcomes
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey
- Deliver world-class candidate experience that builds Tabs' employer brand, regardless of hiring decision
- Champion recruiting best practices and establish the foundation for scalable hiring operations
- Lead offer extension and negotiation, successfully closing top performers
About You
- 4+ years of in-house recruiting experience with at least 2 years focused on technical roles
- Proven ability to find, engage, and close top-tier candidates in competitive markets
- Experience building recruiting processes and scaling hiring operations from early stage
- Strong understanding of technical hiring, AI/ML talent, and competitive compensation landscapes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive results in fast-moving environments
- Passion for building high-performing teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences
