The Role

We're seeking a motivated Student Assistant to play a key role in our rapidly growing influencer marketing team. You'll work in a supportive environment with flat hierarchies while developing your skills in UGC (User-Generated Content) and creator partnerships.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the development and management of UGC and creator campaigns
• Contribute to conceptualizing engaging video content for exciting clients
• Research and identify relevant content creators and influencers matching client profiles and requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and creators through regular communication
• Create creative briefs for content creators
• Help build and maintain our creator network

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university with minimum 8 months availability
• Deep passion for social media with knowledge of current trends
• Hands-on mentality: structured, analytical, independent, and proactive with strong organizational skills
• Conceptual thinking ability with a natural feel for compelling storytelling
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong command of German; fluent English also required
• Thrives in a young, dynamic team environment with flat hierarchies
