About the Role
C4Media, Inc. is seeking a motivated, fully remote Junior Project Coordinator (contractor) to join our global team. In this role, you will provide essential support for our expanding online learning and certification cohorts. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will assist the team in planning and executing virtual learning programs for software professionals. This is a foundational, entry-level position designed for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and behind-the-scenes operational work.
You will work under the close guidance of our program leads, learning the operational fundamentals of professional education in a highly collaborative environment. This position offers excellent exposure to project management, learner support, and educational program delivery.
What You'll Do
Working as part of a dynamic team, you will assist with the daily operations of our online learning cohorts:
- Customer Service: Act as a first point of contact for learners, providing responsive support and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new cohort participants through enrollment and orientation processes to ensure smooth program entry.
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and administrative information using our learning management systems.
- Program Coordination: Assist with scheduling sessions, coordinating resources, and managing communication between learners and instructors.
- Research & Documentation: Conduct research on program improvements and document processes to support operational efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, file organization, and report preparation.
