The Role
Join us on our mission to make a better world of work. Culture Amp is seeking a VP, Global Commercial Sales to lead the charge in helping businesses build better workplaces at scale. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for evolving our Commercial Sales Team globally during our next growth phase. This is a critical leadership position that directly impacts our mission to amplify the experience of 100 million people at work.
This is not a typical sales leadership role. As a Culture First organization, you will drive results with an equitable mindset while growing the team and expanding Culture Amp's global presence. You will lead a 2nd line leadership team managing 40+ commercial sales professionals across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a growing team of 40+ commercial sales professionals (targeting 100-1,000 employee companies) across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions
- Develop and execute global commercial sales strategy, defining annual and quarterly goals to drive recurring revenue from new logos and expansion customers in the commercial segment
- Partner with executive leadership to build reliable, scalable sales processes that enable sustainable, predictable growth
- Coach and develop commercial sales leaders, helping them grow and amplify their teams through mentorship and career pathing
- Establish and maintain a predictable sales model enabling accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on demand generation strategies, both inbound and outbound, to drive high conversion rates and efficient customer acquisition
- Work closely with product leadership to align commercial customer needs with the product roadmap and customer experience priorities
- Ensure regional alignment and collaboration across global sales and customer success teams, while identifying opportunities to enter new markets
- Identify, attract, and develop top sales talent to build a high-performing organization
Location & Work Arrangements
This role is based in one of three Culture Amp hub locations: San Francisco, Chicago, or Austin. To be considered, candidates must be located in one of these hubs and comfortable working in the office 1–2 days per week. Global travel up to 30% annually is required for this leadership role.
