Growth & Operations Lead - Terapia

About the Role

Docplanner is seeking an experienced Growth & Operations Lead to drive strategic expansion and operational excellence for Terapia, our mental health and therapy platform. In this pivotal role, you'll own the growth strategy and day-to-day operations, combining data-driven decision-making with hands-on leadership to scale our impact across markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention across the Terapia platform
• Lead cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to align on growth initiatives and operational priorities
• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities
• Design and implement operational processes that support rapid scaling while maintaining service quality
• Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently across growth channels and operational functions
• Track KPIs, build dashboards, and provide regular reporting to leadership on progress against goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product-market fit and optimize the user experience
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in growth, operations, or business strategy roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare tech
• Demonstrated success launching products, entering new markets, or scaling revenue
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, or equivalent analytics experience
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and executing with incomplete information
• Passion for mental health, healthcare innovation, or mission-driven business
• Experience with remote team management and asynchronous communication
