About the Role

We're seeking a high-powered generalist to own and run our commercial operations function. You'll be responsible for the systems and processes that underpin how we contract with customers and manage commercial risk, helping us close deals efficiently and serve a broader range of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute contracting processes and systems
• Partner closely with internal teams and external counsel on commercial risk management and business decisions
• Lead key compliance initiatives by translating complex requirements into practical, scalable processes
• Manage commercial operations strategy and execution across sales, legal, and compliance functions
• Build automated systems to reduce friction and enable business growth
• Own account management operations and customer lifecycle processes

About You

You're a systems-driven operator comfortable moving between big-picture thinking and detailed execution. You excel at verbal and analytical reasoning, translating ambiguous problems into working solutions. You have strong experience in operations, ideally touching finance, sales operations, legal operations, or compliance. You enjoy building scalable processes and are energized by turning complexity into simplicity.
