Job Description

About Huntress

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate cybersecurity experts founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators. We're on a mission to break down barriers to cybersecurity by delivering enterprise-grade, fully owned and managed security solutions at affordable SaaS prices. The Role

We're seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our growing Sales Development (SDR) team in the EMEA region. This inspirational leadership position is critical to generating and qualifying new leads while educating our customers. You'll coach and mentor SDRs, create a cross-functional collaborative environment with Account Executives, and foster continuous learning opportunities for your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and continuous training on cold calling best practices and pipeline management
  • Ensure SDRs reach monthly KPI targets through strong management processes and quality assurance
  • Work with operations to ensure tools and information databases are configured for maximum success
  • Maintain appointment no-show rates at or below industry benchmarks
  • Remove SDR performance obstacles and provide real-time support for team questions
  • Handle escalated calls and customer interactions
  • Deliver reporting to upper management and cross-functional departments
  • Lead special projects and continuously improve departmental efficiency with innovative ideas
