The Role

The VP of Growth Marketing will build and run Pearl's demand engine — owning paid media, SEO, and direct mail to drive demo volume and pipeline across SMB practices and DSOs. You will lead a focused, high-caliber team with a mandate to scale as Pearl expands into new products and markets. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand/Comms, and Sales teams, turning alignment into measurable revenue performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Your core mandate is to drive efficient pipeline growth by optimizing lead generation performance within and across channels:

  • Own demo volume and pipeline targets across independent and enterprise dental practices, with full accountability for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution
  • Optimize channel mix continuously including paid search, paid social, direct mail, SEO, and events to improve demo volume and quality
  • Run structured experimentation cycles across channels to identify and scale high-performing tactics
  • Build SEO into a reliable engine through content strategy, technical optimization, and conversion-focused landing pages targeting high-intent prospects
  • Develop and scale direct mail programs targeting high-value practice segments, with clear response tracking and ROI measurement
  • Partner with creative and brand teams to develop and test high-performance creative across all paid channels
  • Lead a focused team with clear KPIs, systems, and playbooks that scale as the company grows

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of marketing experience in B2C or B2SMB sales-led environments, with direct ownership of paid media
  • A seasoned demand-generation leader comfortable owning pipeline and revenue outcomes end-to-end
  • Deep expertise in performance channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, and direct mail with proven optimization results
  • Highly analytical — fluent in dashboards, attribution models, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience selling to or marketing toward practitioners, clinicians, or clinical buyers
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator across Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Product teams
  • Builder mentality: you create systems, playbooks, and frameworks — not just campaigns
  • Strategic thinker who balances immediate performance with long-term brand building
