About the Role

Postman Law's in-house marketing team powers nationwide client acquisition for a growing law firm. As Lead Generation Manager, your primary focus is launching, scaling, and optimizing lead generation campaigns that generate high-quality leads for our legal teams. You'll transform business goals into channel-ready plans, maintain budget discipline, and run controlled experiments designed to reduce cost-per-lead (CPL) and increase signed-case volume.

This is a full-time, remote position offering an annual salary of $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience, plus eligibility for year-end discretionary performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hands-on performance marketing role—not a vendor-management position. You will own and be accountable for:

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency and optimization
  • Lead quality standards and intake funnel performance
  • Campaign launch, scaling, and continuous optimization across channels
  • Budget management and cost-per-lead targets
  • Lead volume, quality, and conversion rate monitoring
  • Performance analysis and disciplined A/B testing
  • Cross-functional collaboration with legal intake teams

What We're Looking For

You bring hands-on expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, and lead generation. You're data-driven, comfortable with analytics platforms, and skilled at identifying optimization opportunities. Experience with legal services, accident claims, or high-intent lead verticals is valuable. You excel at balancing volume targets with quality standards, and you're motivated by measurable business outcomes.

Your ability to launch campaigns quickly, track metrics rigorously, and iterate based on performance data will directly impact firm growth and client acquisition success.
