Skin Analytics is an award-winning health tech company revolutionising skin cancer detection through AI. Following recent £15M Series B funding and regulatory milestones, the company is doubling headcount in 2025 and scaling internationally. DERM, their flagship AI medical device, holds a Class III CE mark and is the only AI system approved to make autonomous clinical decisions in cancer diagnosis. It's also the first to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS, currently deployed at 28+ NHS organisations and partnered with major health insurers.

The Role

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to build and own the digital demand engine for our international markets. This hands-on position sits at the intersection of Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, and Sales, translating cutting-edge health innovations into high-performing campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline growth.

You'll have full ownership of content strategy, paid channels, and funnel optimisation in a fast-scaling environment. This role is ideal for data-driven marketers who thrive on tracking, automation, and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own MQL and SAL pipeline targets through digital-first demand generation strategies
  • Build and run a scalable content engine—creation, distribution, and optimisation across multiple international markets
  • Design and implement automation tools including agentic digital marketing systems that run campaigns and suggest optimisations
  • Plan and execute paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google, LLMs, and emerging channels for efficient customer acquisition
  • Design and optimise the end-to-end marketing funnel from first touch through to qualified sales-accepted leads
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning into campaigns that drive conversions
  • Establish rigorous performance tracking and reporting (CPL, conversion rates, CAC, ROI) with continuous improvement cycles
  • Experiment, iterate, and scale winning strategies in a test-and-learn environment
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align messaging and drive market adoption

What We're Looking For

You're a marketing technologist with proven expertise in demand generation, marketing automation, and digital analytics. You combine creative campaign thinking with rigorous data analysis. Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare marketing, or regulated industries is advantageous. You're comfortable with rapid experimentation, possess strong project management skills, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
