The Opportunity

We're seeking an AI Engineer to join our AI Platform team, where you'll build the infrastructure, governance, and tooling that enables product teams to ship AI-powered features safely and at scale. This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation and platform engineering, directly supporting Culture Amp's product roadmap as AI becomes increasingly central to our offerings.

What You'll Do

• Develop and optimize platform services powering AI features across Culture Amp, including inference pipelines, embedding storage, and retrieval systems
• Implement scalable vector search solutions across diverse categories of unstructured data—survey responses, performance feedback, and company documents
• Execute LLMOps practices focusing on observability, cost monitoring, and system reliability
• Establish guardrails, security controls, and data compliance measures ensuring responsible AI usage
• Partner with data scientists to productionize models and evaluate emerging AI capabilities
• Build LLM gateways and vector storage infrastructure that keeps operations compliant and cost-effective

You'll own technical initiatives from conception through delivery, identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to architectural decisions that shape our AI infrastructure.
