About the Role
We're seeking a modern, versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and define how Oh presents itself visually across every customer touchpoint. You'll be the creative force responsible for developing high-impact, on-brand design across social media, campaigns, in-product assets, event collateral, and marketing materials.
Your portfolio will span TikTok thumbnails and paid social ads to in-platform promotions, pitch decks, video graphics, and brand collateral. You'll serve as the primary design partner for the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with Growth, PR, Creator, and Product teams.
This role suits designers fluent in consumer brands and technology who thrive in fast-paced startup environments. We welcome both full-time and freelance applicants, ideally based in the UK or nearby time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Visual Identity: Evolve and maintain Oh's visual identity across all channels, ensuring cohesive, premium, and recognisably "Oh" design. Create and update brand guidelines, design systems, and reusable components including colour, typography, iconography, and layouts.
- Campaign & Marketing Design: Design campaign assets for product launches, creator launches, partnerships, and performance marketing initiatives.
- Social & Digital Assets: Create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms tailored to each channel's unique requirements and audience.
- In-Product Design: Develop in-platform promotional graphics, onboarding materials, and UI-supporting design elements.
- Event & Collateral Design: Produce pitch decks, presentation materials, merchandise, and event signage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to understand requirements, maintain brand consistency, and deliver on tight deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience designing for consumer technology and venture-backed startups
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, social media design, and campaign assets
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of modern design trends and ability to evolve brands while maintaining core identity
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguous briefs and iterative feedback
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across non-design teams
