The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our growing Sales Development Representative (SDR) team in the EMEA region. This inspirational leadership position involves coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing SDRs who play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and educating customers. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that drives continuous learning and exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial and continuous training on cold calling best practices and pipeline management
  • Ensure SDRs achieve monthly KPI targets through strong management processes and accountability
  • Maintain quality assurance processes and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Work with operations to configure tools and databases for maximum team success
  • Monitor and maintain appointment no-show rates at or below industry standards
  • Identify and remove SDR performance obstacles through proactive problem-solving
  • Handle escalated calls and provide real-time support for team questions
  • Generate reporting for senior management and cross-functional departments
  • Drive departmental efficiency improvements by bringing innovative ideas to leadership
  • Create a cross-functional, collaborative environment with Account Executives and sales teams
